The staff was VERY NICE and the room was freshly decorated and airy. The location was great and fantastic as it was very close to pubs and an amusement park. Also, it was just a pleasant stroll away from underground tunnels.

The location was marvellous - right by the train station and Hastings town center plus the seaside, the Grosvenor, and lots of restaurants cafes. Besides, it was 300 metres away from an art museum, very easy to find. We had a separate bedroom.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, in the centre of Hastings. Places like a friendly amusement park were just a short walk away from from here too. My room was great value and a nice size with nice decorations, a good shower, coffee as described.

All in all - had a good 4 night stay. Double room with a good shower was the best. The room had a mini fridge and coffee plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. I appreciated that the property was walk from the train station.

Had pleasant overnight stay for my birthday weekend. I had a queen room and it was great value for money and high-class with walls like tissue paper. An electric kettle and a fridge were very handy.
Facilities were really good, nonetheless Wi-Fi connection was slow.
